Preventing/Reducing pollution beyond current requirements: reducing the source of waste and emissions; providing better treatment, control or disposal of a pollutant or waste; ensuring more efficient use of raw materials, energy and water. This includes providing assistance to help schools reduce waste, save energy, or minimize emissions from bus fleets. |
